Natural Help for Morning Sickness

In the first trimester of your pregnancy you may be troubled by “morning sickness”. Morning sickness can last a good part of the day for some women. But take comfort in the fact that you will probably be getting over it in a month or two.
Ginger Tea Recipe
Before you go to bed, finely chop a small, peeled piece of fresh ginger, to make about 1 /2 teaspoon of minced ginger. Boil a cup of water and pour over the minced ginger which you have put into a large cup. Allow it to steep for about 10 minutes. Strain the tea and put it in the refrigerator in a covered container.
In the morning when you awaken, sip your ginger tea which should calm your stomach and lessen your nausea.
